If property prices rise, you may choose not to exercise your option. However should prices fall (or even stay the same), you may choose to exercise The Cenoption and have the sale exchanged within 28 days.
It’s worth noting that there will be no Estate Agent’s fee to pay. In this respect alone, the option almost pays for itself up-front, on top of the peace of mind and easy exit strategy created for you.
For a single premium, you will be granted an Option which will give the full contractual right to sell your property back to the providers under contract, at the agreed market value when the option was put in place. The providers HAVE to buy your property should you wish them to, however they CANNOT ever force you to sell.
